These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the download, installation, and use of the mobile application Sliding Puzzle Chaos (the “App”), provided by Orbit Apps (“we”, “Operator”). By installing or using the App, you (“User”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1.1. The App is a sliding tile puzzle game for entertainment. Features may vary by platform (e.g. iOS), OS version, and updates to the App.
1.2. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless permitted by law or express agreement with us.
You represent that you have the legal age and capacity to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction (generally consistent with app store rules and applicable law).
3.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App only in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained the App (e.g. Apple App Store).
3.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the App’s source code, except where applicable law expressly permits.
4.1. The App, including but not limited to graphics, audio, text, trademarks, and layout, is protected by intellectual property rights. Except as stated in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
4.2. Feedback or suggestions you send may be used by us without obligation to compensate you, to improve the App.
You must not use the App unlawfully, to harm others, to bypass security, to interfere with services or networks, or in any way that violates the app store terms or these Terms.
6.1. The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
6.3. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the App, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may update the App and these Terms. The current version will be indicated by the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance, as applicable.
We may stop offering the App or restrict access with reasonable notice or as required by law or the stores. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of the consumer’s domicile or other applicable legal venue, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Code and related rules.
