Orbit Apps (“we”, “Operator”) respects your privacy. This Policy describes how we handle information in the Sliding Puzzle Chaos application (the “App”), in line with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD) and applicable law.

Sliding Puzzle Chaos is not designed to collect, store, or share your personal data for the core game experience. The App does not require a user account or internet connection to play. We do not use ads, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking within the App as described in Section 3.
The controller of personal data that may be processed in relation to the App is Orbit Apps, reachable at the email addresses above.
For the main puzzle experience, we do not request name, email, phone, precise location, contacts, or marketing identifiers. We do not integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs for profiling in the App, to the extent applicable to the version published in the stores.
4.1. Apple App Store / system: When you download or update the App, Apple (or another store) may process data under their respective privacy policies and terms — for example, store account information, transactions, and system telemetry. This is independent of our offline game.
4.2. Communications you initiate: If you email us for support or privacy questions, we will process your email address, the message content, and metadata needed to reply, based on legitimate interest and/or performance of a request (LGPD Art. 7, V, IX, and X, as applicable).
4.3. System logs and diagnostics: In rare cases (e.g. crash reports forwarded by Apple or the OS), technical data may reach us without the App collecting it directly; use follows Apple’s and the system’s options and policies.
When the App does not process personal data, this Policy fulfills our transparency duty. When processing occurs (e.g. an email you send), bases may include consent, legitimate interest (support and improvement), and legal obligation, as applicable.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share game data with advertisers. Any providers used for minimal operations (e.g. email hosting or support infrastructure) must act under instructions compatible with the LGPD.
Support messages may be kept as long as needed to handle and resolve issues, then deleted or archived according to internal policy and legal duties.
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability (where applicable), and information on sharing and legal bases, and revoke consent when it is the basis, via the privacy email. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
The App is suitable for a general audience. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions about use or privacy, contact us.
We may update this page to reflect changes to the App or the law. The “last updated” date at the top indicates the current version.
